Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• At least 1 year armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required; licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at the tech/media/telecom office location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor logs, and report access concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following escalation and emergency procedures.
• Answer phones and support reception-related administrative tasks, coordinating with building management and service providers.

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence, support access control, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive service and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones and support reception-related administrative tasks, including coordinating with building management, employees, and authorized service providers as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
