As a Front Desk Security Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors and employees, monitor access, manage visitor procedures, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet and direct employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while maintaining professional communication and access-control protocols.
• Monitor visitor activity, manage sign-in processes, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate front-desk records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access points, and communications systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
