What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, talent, vendors, and contractors at a media and entertainment location.


• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor access records in accordance with site-specific policies.


• Monitor access points, lobby activity, and applicable security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.


• Provide customer service by answering inquiries, directing guests to appropriate areas, and communicating site procedures in a courteous, professional manner.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
