• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Assist with access control, visitor screening, and event-day traffic or crowd-flow support.

As a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations.


• Assist with access control, visitor screening processes, and event-day traffic or crowd-flow support in accordance with established site requirements.


• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Access control/badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
