Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in O Fallon, MO. The role provides security and customer service at a financial institution, greeting visitors, controlling access, and monitoring entry activity.

You will respond to incidents and maintain professional front desk presence to deter unauthorized entry. Full time position paying $19.00 per hour, with a schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen as applicable.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license only for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by following site security procedures.
• Manage front desk access: greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security systems from the front desk and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly, escalate to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and deter unauthorized entry.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, support controlled access to restricted areas, and help to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
