As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Services in KANSAS CITY, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for visitors and employees. You will support access control, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional front-desk presence for visitors, employees, and contractors at a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established policies.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and required documentation, and communicate access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying designated contacts.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors while supporting a welcoming, orderly, and security-related environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
