Allied Universal in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Access Services Full Time to welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control, and monitor entry points at a premier commercial real estate location.

You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to security concerns, document activity, and coordinate with building management while upholding our culture of teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Pay Rate: $25.90 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and carrying out site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the property by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining guest logs, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Support security-related operations by monitoring cameras, alarms, and building communication systems and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and front desk records while coordinating with building management, tenants, vendors, and Allied Universal personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
