ProMedica Fremont Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Security Officer for afternoons to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff. You will monitor the facility, assist with directions, regulate traffic and parking, and report and investigate incidents.

The role requires maintaining certifications and completing training within specified timelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and Basic Security Officer

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Complete the Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS within six months of employment.
• Preferred: Associate degree in security or related field.
• Prior security experience.

While monitoring facilities, the officers also help people who have questions about where they should go.In this vital safety role, you will regulate and control all traffic, parking enforcement and traffic control when needed. You will investigate and report all accidents, hazards, and incidents.
