Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen required by policy.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate site.
Conduct regular patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain incident and shift documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Assist with maintaining an orderly, professional environment and report issues.
