Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management to help ensure the property runs smoothly, safely, and provides a positive experience for residents, tenants, and guests.

The role involves hourly patrols, access control for guests and vendors, reporting safety concerns, enforcing policies (e.g., no dogs on the plaza), and supporting events at Reston and Loudoun Station. A High School Diploma and DC security officer certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; DC security officer certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol of the property using security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Enforce plaza policies (no dogs).
• Assist marketing during events at Reston and Loudoun Station.
