Job summary

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. seeks a Security Officer for ParkX Management to patrol and monitor the property, ensure safety, and provide a positive experience for residents, tenants, and guests. The role emphasizes access control, incident reporting, and collaboration with management.

The position requires DC security certification, a valid license, and the ability to work after hours and weekends. Strong communication and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-service related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure the property is safe and undamaged.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Issue banning notices to violators and maintain related files.
• Maintain plaza kiosks appearance and enforce no dogs policy.
• Assist with events for marketing teams at Reston and Loudoun Station.
• Manage valet at Reston Station and supervise plaza traffic.
