Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Part Time Luxury Retail Patrol in New York, NY. This role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts at a designated site with a six-month commitment, plus opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer-focused security services at a luxury retail location, conducting patrols, monitoring for unusual activity, and responding calmly to incidents.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Flex Part Time Luxury Retail Patrol in New York, NY, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
