Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with onsite management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior and exterior areas and parking.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and logs documenting patrols and interactions according to Allied Universal standards.

You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and respond to alarms and service requests with professionalism. This is a driving post, so you will use a company‑approved vehicle policy and your valid driver’s license while delivering customer‑focused communication and teamwork with integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with onsite management and emergency services as needed.


• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.


• Monitor access points and property activity, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.


• Complete required reports and logs, documenting patrols, incidents, and interactions according to Allied Universal standards and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
