What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to help control entry to restricted areas within the location.
• Document and report any security‑related incidents, unusual observations, or activities as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local law enforcement as needed for incident response and investigations.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or security‑related threats specific to an aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
