Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Financial Center in Lone Tree, CO. You will provide customer service and maintain security across a financial institution, patrolling the facility and monitoring access points while documenting activities.

The role emphasizes a calm, problem-solving approach to incidents, strong communication, and consistent compliance with client and site procedures. Associated training and certifications are preferred.

As a Security Officer Financial Center in LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors while using technology to document security-related activities. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
