Job summary

Allied Universal, Lone Tree, CO, is seeking an overnight Security Guard to protect and serve at a financial institution. You will monitor entrances, perform unarmed patrols, respond to alarms, and maintain clear communication with employees and visitors.

This full-time role offers $21.56 per hour, a predictable night schedule Mon-Fri 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and opportunities for training, growth, and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge procedures preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and access concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking, and perimeter.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $21.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document relevant observations and incidents.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
