Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for full-time work at our El Mirage, AZ location. The role involves maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling various sites, and enforcing client regulations.

You will interact with client employees and guests while prioritizing safety and service. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises actively, including access control and patrols.
• Maintain order and enforce regulations for client sites.

• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Complete post orders and assigned rounds.
• Use technology devices during shift and conduct property tours.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: El Mirage, AZ

Wage: $19.00/HR

The SecurityOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
