Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Data Center Security Officer in Goodyear, AZ to maintain a safe environment through access control, patrols, and incident response. You will enforce site regulations, monitor premises, and assist clients and guests with professional service.

We seek calm, detail‑oriented individuals capable of working independently or in a team. A HS diploma or GED is required along with strong computer skills; security or military background is a plus. Wages are $18–$22 per hour.

Wage Range: $18.00-$22.00/HR

TheData Center Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.


• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.


• Must be able to work independently.


• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.


• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.


• Must have a professional demeanor.


• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
