Securitas, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Security Officers for part-time shifts in Tucson, AZ. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring systems, and controlling access to maintain a safe environment. Valid driver’s license and strong observation/communication skills are required.

Wage is $22.00 per hour. Shifts include 9-12 hour blocks and must cover holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more; paid training and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

Seasonal Security Officers — Part Time

Site Location: Tucson, AZ

Wage: $22.00/HR

What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
