Securitas, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role. The position involves monitoring premises, applying access control, and patrolling client sites to deter incidents and enforce regulations.

Primary location is Mesa, with a wage range of $18–$20 per hour and a focus on customer service and safety. Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, above-average tech skills, strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, and AZ Guard Card.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• AZ Guard Card required.

Responsabilidades

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage Range: $18.00-$20.00/HR

The SecurityOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
