Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Multi Site Security Officer to protect client sites, manage access control, and patrol diverse locations. You will enforce site rules and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional, customer-focused posture.

The role emphasizes conflict resolution, de-escalation, and clear reporting. You will interact with client staff and visitors, conduct rounds, and use security technology to monitor premises and document conditions

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Tempe, AZ

Wage Range: $18.00-$21.00/HR

The Multi Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
