Valid Driver's License
- AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123):Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the relevant state regulations.

EMT Certification (C127):Candidates must provide proof of current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, which is essential for roles requiring medical emergency response.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets, as these devices are integral to daily operations and communication within the company.
Customer Service Experience (B219):Candidates must have prior customer service experience, showcasing their ability to interact effectively with clients and provide high-quality service.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor visitor, contractor, and employee access in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate logs and reporting discrepancies.
- Document incidents, observations, and shift activities clearly and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- EMT certification is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
