Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 05:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Thur 05:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Fri 05:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points for a transportation location, verify authorization for entry, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and access‑control records while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
