Job Schedule

• Mon: 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
