Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Naperville, IL. This role provides flexible, reliable hours with fixed-anchor shifts and the option to pick‑up additional shifts across sites to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.54 per hour with a DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include customer service, incident response, unarmed patrols, and access monitoring.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and deter unauthorized access with a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities per site procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Naperville, IL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology and telecommunications offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
