Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site policies and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Document patrol findings and communicate with site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Caledonia, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment "Anchor Shifts": You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, reporting access concerns and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
