Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Chattanooga, TN. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts at an assigned site with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with a schedule of DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM and opportunities to grow into full-time roles. Responsibilities include providing customer service to tenants and staff, conducting regular patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Chattanooga, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site‑specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
