• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor visitor entry, maintain logs, issue temporary credentials, and verify authorization before restricted areas access.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, visitors, deliveries, and service personnel with a courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly notify appropriate personnel per emergency procedures.
• Observe front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior or access concerns to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site‑specific procedures and access‑control protocols.
• Monitor visitor entry, maintain visitor logs, issue temporary credentials as directed, and verify authorization before allowing access to restricted areas.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, visitors, deliveries, and service personnel while maintaining a courteous and professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
• Observe front‑desk activity and report suspicious behavior, access concerns, and other security‑related issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
