Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Armed Enhanced Patrol in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers reliable, flexible hours at an assigned site with the ability to earn more by picking up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service, armed patrols, access control, and rapid response to alarms, with compliance to all laws and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and follow established protocols.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with laws and Allied Universal policies.

As a Security Officer Armed Enhanced Patrol in Cincinnati, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

Tue	06:30 AM - 06:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
