Allied Universal in Lewisville, TX seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Site Coverage to provide reliable, site-specific security with flexible hours. This role offers anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position pays $18.07 per hour, with day-time schedule Wed 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Site Coverage in Lewisville, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Complete clear and timely activity, incident, and maintenance concern reports while supporting a professional environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
