Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Perimeter Assessment in Nazareth, PA. This role offers reliable, fixed hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. The schedule includes DayTime and Wed 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and experience with access control, badge management, alarm panels, and customer service.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location including perimeter, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points.
• Verify visitor, contractor, and driver credentials and maintain logs.
• Report unusual activity or damaged property and document incidents accurately.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Perimeter Assessment in Nazareth, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Valid Driver's License:

  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the following requirements:
    • AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123): Candidates must provide proof of a valid driver's license.
    • In Job State (C124): Candidates must hold a valid driver's license specific to the state in which they will be employed.

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):

  • Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202):

  • Candidates must demonstrate experience in operating alarm panels, including knowledge of alarm systems, troubleshooting, and responding to alarms.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

  • Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks, including data entry, communication, and accessing company software.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):

  • Candidates must have a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and resolve issues effectively.

• Loss Prevention (B210):

  • Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in loss prevention strategies, including identifying potential theft or fraud and implementing measures to mitigate risks.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including the building perimeter, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery driver credentials and maintaining required logs.
• Report unusual activity, damaged property, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel and complete accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
