Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a resort location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate access‑control logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated resort areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with resort staff, guests, vendors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming environment.

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
