Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in Oklahoma City, OK, offering reliable, flexible hours at a fixed site with optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check required as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, checking in authorized visitors, and maintaining visitor and vehicle entry records.
• Respond to access‑control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting incidents, access issues, and shift activity in required reports.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in Oklahoma City, OK, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.23 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
