Job summary

The Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, team members and property on a 24-hour schedule. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and support investigations while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma, good observation and writing skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced casino environment. Training includes CPR/First Aid and security software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in security software and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest and team member safety on the premises.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas as directed by Security Management.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve conflicts with diplomacy.
• Assist investigations and report violations to security supervisor.
