Position Details

Job Title: Security Officer, EMT Certified

Work Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Work Hours: 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; 30+ hours/week based on availability

Pay: $20 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled rounds inside and outside the buildings to ensure safety and security for residents, visitors, staff, and property.
• Complete daily rounds reports.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls promptly.
• Perform continuous patrols of the property and facilities.
• Document incidents such as medical responses, thefts, accidents, fires, and rule violations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EMT certification required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Previous security experience preferred.
