Securitas, Inc. in Ashland, WI is seeking a Security Officer for Emergency Response. The role involves maintaining a safe environment, access control, and patrolling client sites with 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on 4 off, 6PM–6AM).

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and a customer-service focus. Training is provided, with perks including medical/dental/vision, 401K, and paid weekly.

• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Ashland, WI

Wage:$30.00/HR

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts

• Rotating 4 On 4 Off:6PM - 6AM

The Security Officer (Emergency Response) helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
