Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer - Emergency Response in Ashland, WI on a full-time basis. The role involves monitoring premises, managing access control, and conducting patrols across client sites. You will enforce site regulations, assist guests and employees, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that post orders are followed and rounds completed.

• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, good judgment and escalation as needed.
• Carry out similar duties as required for assigned site.

Security Officer - Emergency Response - Full Time

Primary Location: Ashland, WI

Wage: $30.00/HR

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts

• Rotating 4 On 4 Off: 6PM - 6AM

The Security Officer (Emergency Response) helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect
