Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Driving Plus Access Control in McPherson, KS. This full-time role requires driving, access control duties, and strong customer service in a chemical/petrochemical environment.

Pay is $17.94 per hour and shifts include DayTime and evenings. You'll monitor access points, perform patrols, document incidents, and support site procedures with a courteous, professional approach.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license according with Allied Universal driver policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security procedures and emergency response within a petrochemical environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and hazardous-condition reports calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of refinery areas and access points.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, document visitor activity.
• Complete shift reports and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
