Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to access concerns and incidents calmly, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Report unusual activity and facility concerns to deter unauthorized entry and support a professional environment.
