Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join a team that protects patients, visitors and staff at a healthcare location in Saint Paul, MN. As a Security Officer Driver, you will monitor access points, patrol the site, and support a safe environment while delivering courteous customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule, with a pay rate of $19.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
