Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Woonsocket, RI to safeguard patients, staff and visitors at a healthcare location. This part-time role involves driving patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering customer service in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, documenting incidents, and following site protocols. Requires a valid driver's license and high school diploma; background check and drug screening

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients and healthcare staff.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
