As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and help maintain a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support security-related operations through teamwork and integrity. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employee, visitor, contractor, and vendor entry in accordance with site policies.
• Maintain accurate visitor and access-control records, issue and collect credentials as directed, and communicate access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, warehouse areas, parking locations, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
