Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities by verifying credentials, documenting visitor entry, and directing authorized personnel, contractors, and delivery drivers.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
