The role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; background checks and drug testing apply where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and support site access-control procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity reports, and shift handoff communications.

Pay Rate: $29.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
