Allied Universal in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Security Guard Driver Patrol Documentation to safeguard clients across Tech/Media/Telecom environments. This driving role combines patrols, access control, and outstanding customer service within a dynamic team.

You will document activities, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate logs. Minimum one year security experience, high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks are required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a tech/location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor/delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, clear communication to responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations through reports and logs.

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and security-related observations through accurate reports and daily activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
