Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report incidents and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional communication.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and shift handoff communications for leadership.
