Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation per site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
