Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Tablet Documentation in Montgomery, AL. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service to tenants and staff, perform routine patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents in line with site procedures. The position pays $17.93 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions or incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
