As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position calls for professional communication, timely reporting, and customer-focused service while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious behavior, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
