Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance observations.
• Prepare clear incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation and communicate information to leadership.
